THE RELOC TEAM

RELOC founders Vicente and Marcia

Marcia Fonseca is a Portuguese economist who worked in corporate banking for some years before joining the European Central Bank (ECB) in Frankfurt in 1999. She worked in the areas of market infrastructures and then moved to Human Resources where, for over 10 years, she dealt with recruitment, payroll, relocations, contracts and pensions.


Vicente Ventura, Spanish, has an MBA specialised in Marketing and International trade. He worked in international banking in Spain and in London, before joining the ECB at the same time as Marcia, where he worked in the areas of market infrastructures and euro banknotes.
 

They left the ECB in 2016 to follow a completely different career path by opening a successful Bed&Breakfast close to Barcelona. They enjoyed the hospitality business, meeting people on vacation from all around the world and decided, on the basis of their combined experiences and five languages, to open Reloc, a Relocation Services company to help those who, like them, decide to move to the city.
